Plane boards and beams up to 16 inches (410 mm) wide and 10 inches (260mm) high with the DH410. Or install moulding knives to produce deep, beautiful profiles.

Side-cutters handle thick boards – up to 4 inches (100 mm) deep*.
Profile or plane four sides – Just run the board twice through the DH410.
Deep milling capacities give deep, beautiful profiles and the ability to handle rough-sawn material. The upper cutter planes up to 5 mm deep, plus the profile depth. The side cutter planes up to 21 mm plus the profile depth.

Hundreds of Knives & Profile Choices

The DH410 is delivered ready for squaring – It comes standard with a pair of 16” (410 mm) HSS planing knives in the upper cutter and a pair of 2” (50 mm) HSS planing knives in the side cutter.

Cast-Iron Table

Solid, precision-planed, heavy cast-iron table for maximum stability. Strategic low-friction strips are inlayed in the cast-iron opposite the feed rollers for smooth, trouble-free feeding. These critical details are missing on the Taiwanese and Chinese brands.

Convenient Control Panel

Start each of the three motors separately from the control panel for easy, safe operation.

Clear Windows

Supervise your project through the clear windows built into the top of the steel cabinet.

Micro-Precision Height Adjustment

Micro-adjust the depth-of-cut in 1/8” (0.1 mm) increments. Same easy-use crank and easy-read scale as the big PH260 for fast, precise, dependable depth-of-cut adjustments.

Feed Speed

Equipped standard with 20 FPM (6 m/min) fixed feed speed. Or upgrade to the optional 6 – 40 FPM (2-12 m/min) infinitely variable feed system.

Chip Extractor Powerful 4-port 3Kw chip extractor. Direct-drive motor is far more efficient than ordinary belt-driven fans that lose horsepower through the pulleys and belts. 220V, 40A, 1-Phase (Part No. 7000-000-2050) or 3-Phase (Part No. 7000-000-2045) models available.

 

Polished-Steel Extended Feeding Tables Automatically raise and lower when you adjust the depth-of-cut so they stay flush with the DH410’s cast-iron table. Sold individually. (Part No. 7500-010-0010)
